"Hi, I’m Dr. Federici. I know making that first call is difficult, but it is a giant step in changing your life. Your “therapy” begins when you make that first call. During that first phone conversation, you can tell me what the problem is, or not. You can ask me any questions you have, and I will give you an over view of what you can expect. There is no pressure. If I can help you, I’ll tell you, if not, I’ll try to recommend some one else who may be a better fit for you. Depending on when you contact me, I will usually respond the same day. If you feel comfortable to make an appointment I will try to schedule you within that same week.
